Store Leadership Role

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability through efficient business strategies
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance, ensuring optimal workforce utilization
  • Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store to enhance customer experience
  • Oversee stock management and store operations to ensure seamless day-to-day activities

Qualifications

  • A high school education or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in store management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated customer-centricity with a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service
