Job Title:

Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage our service operations and technology governance. This role involves overseeing the management of suppliers, ensuring they deliver quality services and meet contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers for Core Infrastructure Services
  • Contribute to technical architectural activities for the responsible technology domain
  • Track actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance
  • Support the retention, recruitment, hiring, and coaching of a highly specialized team of technology professionals
  • Develop input for the service-platform strategy development

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Stable, compliant, secure, and cost-effective operations
  • Continuous cost reductions year-over-year
  • Responsiveness and recovery speed of critical incidents/issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Operations Management experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Benefits:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar will be considered advantageous.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Project Management, and/or Technical Architecture is preferred. Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure platforms and agile methodologies will be highly valued.
