Cybersecurity Analyst Position

Job Title: Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves working in a dynamic Security Operations Center environment to identify and mitigate potential security threats. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security logs and event data from various sources to identify potential security incidents.
• Analyze and investigate security events to determine root cause and recommend remediation actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement security solutions.
• Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in a security operations center or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows environments and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST/ISO 27001.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
