Job Opportunity

This is a high-level financial role for professionals with robust SAP FICO domain expertise and technical experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure FI system settings, including chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies.
  • Process financial transactions, including journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing.
  • Integrate FI with other modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and CO (Controlling).
  • Generate financial statements and audit reports using FI reporting and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve FI system issues and errors.
  • Understand and implement financial closing processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Migrate data using SAP tools like LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to FI configuration.
  • Work with S/4HANA Finance features as FI evolves on the HANA platform.
  • Expertise in production costing, material ledger, product costing, and internal orders in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices and frameworks applicable to manufacturing finance.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Special Purpose Ledger.
  • Proficient with SAP transaction codes related to FI, such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, and FBL5N.
  • Experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules.
  • Knowledge of FI reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve FI system issues and errors.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving capability, ability to document functional specs, configuration details, and user manuals, team collaboration and leadership for project coordination and mentoring.
