Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other engineers.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and reporting alerts from network devices, working on raised tickets from the ITSM tool, handling fault management with service providers, and coordinating with senior engineers for issue resolution and change management.
  • This role also involves performing network-related changes on network devices, preparing and maintaining network-related reports, and monitoring and managing the Bank's network infrastructure.
  • In addition, the Network Specialist will provide escalation support for L1 engineers, receive calls from branches, raise tickets (if not already available in the system), and share the ticket number.
  • New network devices will be added into the network, and it is essential that they are recorded in the asset management system.
  • Follow-up with engineers at Zonal Offices/Field teams to restore network uptime (links and devices) and follow up for RMA replacements.

Requirements

  • A valid CCNA / JNCIA / CCNP Routing and Switching / Security certification.
  • An OEM valid intermediate-level SD-WAN certification.
  • No less than three years of experience in handling network operations.
