Optimizing SAP processes for manufacturing excellence is crucial.

Job DescriptionKey Requirements:
  • Master data configuration and expertise in S/4 HANA manufacturing is essential.
  • Global deployments of SAP require a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • Strong process knowledge in production planning, make-to-stock, make-to-order, configure-to-order, repetitive, and kanban processes is required.
  • Integration experience with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO) is necessary for seamless operations.
  • Experience in industry manufacturing solutions like PEO, ETO, advanced variant configuration, ePPDS planning, and scheduling topics for industries is preferred.
  • MES integrations with S/4 HANA, such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud and manufacturing execution systems, are also required.
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in various discrete industry manufacturing IS-solutions and business mapping flow experience for E2E discrete & process industry manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge on LoB topics in supply chain, including IBP, EAM, and PLM integrations to S/4 HANA manufacturing, is an added advantage.
Quality Management:
  • QM master data and configuration experience is required.
  • Global deployments of SAP necessitate a comprehensive understanding of procedures around different best practices.
  • Strong process knowledge in quality management, handling quality inspection processes, and setting up master data – inspection methods, quality agreements, QIR, MICs, and inspection plans is essential.
  • QM integration experience with logistics components (MM/PP/SD/PM) is necessary.
  • QM workflow knowledge – sample management, quality certificates, quality notifications, and quality control is required.
  • Hands-on experience in continuous process improvement, audit management, stability study, FMEA, and control plans is preferred.
