Job Title:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day back-office tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
• Record Keeping: Organize and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.
• Documentation: Prepare and update documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
• ~1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills.
