We are seeking experienced and dynamic functional consultants with strong hands-on expertise across various modules of the Temenos Transact suite.

The role involves acting as a functional expert across key T24 modules in 1 or more of the following:

1. TPH
2. AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, AA-Lending
3. Securities (SC)
4. Accounting
5. LD
6. Treasury
7. Analytics and Autoform

• Gather and analyse business requirements, map them to T24 functionalities, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain parameters within the T24 environment to support evolving business and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and QA to deliver optimal T24 solutions.
• Support implementation and integration efforts, including TAABS-based configurations and user access management.
• Participate in UAT cycles, system upgrades, and production support as required.
• Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and SOPs.
• Provide functional expertise and support during SIT/UAT and post-go-live stages.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience working in functional roles.
• Proven functional knowledge and implementation experience across 1 or more T24 modules.
• Hands-on experience in parameterization, product configuration, and functional testing.
• Strong working knowledge of TAABS and Temenos configuration tools.
• Experience in user management, business requirement gathering, and process mapping.
• Understanding of T24 architecture and a strong technical background is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of SDLC practices.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to regional regulatory requirements and banking practices will be an advantage.
