Senior Video Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a challenging role for a skilled QA Engineer to ensure high-quality video streaming experiences.
Job Description:
- We are looking for a QA Engineer with expertise in testing video streaming workflows, including encoding, packaging, and delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with OTT platforms, protocols like HLS and DASH, and CDNs such as Akamai and CloudFront.
- Responsibilities include developing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of video streaming protocols, OTT platform testing requirements, and experience testing on multiple devices and platforms is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least 1-2 years in the OTT or media streaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and reproducing defects.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Knowledge of CDNs, DRM systems, and OTT monetization workflows.
