SAP Functional Lead

Role: SAP Functional Lead – MM + SD (MM primary)

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of functional consultants, focusing on custom developments and configuration activities. As the primary contact for business and customer stakeholders, you will ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.

The successful candidate will have experience with SAP S/4 HANA and expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations. They will also have in-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.

We are looking for a strong leader who can manage a team of functional consultants and conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROI. The candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of functional consultants in custom developments and configuration activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.
  • Design and develop solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
  • Participate in the full-cycle development process.
  • Prepare functional specifications and test scripts for development.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure seamless integration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience managing a team of functional consultants.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
