Senior Risk Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead a team and manage exposure data, risk assessments, and location information. This is a key role for someone who can analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of 5-6 members and ensuring high-quality exposure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing timely and accurate risk assessments of individual accounts or portfolios based on modeling data.
  • Understanding location information and prioritizing high-value and high-risk locations.
  • Ensuring all logical checks are in place in data and formatting it for model understanding.
  • Accurate and timely account pricing based on service level agreements.
  • Maintaining exposure databases and analyzing them for completeness and accuracy.
  • Supporting underwriters in queries and exposure movement year over year.
  • Contributing to process enhancement and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 6 years' experience in Cat/Treaty Modelling with insurance/reinsurance experience.
  • Proficiency in AIR touchstone, SQL, and MS office applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong Excel manipulation and VBA programming skills.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
