**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with finance teams globally to ensure accurate month-end reporting and driving process improvement through standardization and automation.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Yearly planning processes
  • Monthly reporting of data
  • Preparing rolling forecast
  • Providing comments for variances vs budget
  • Analyzing monthly results
  • Providing high-quality management reports to all supported functions in building proper ownership of budgets

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent English skills, including the ability to present in front of a larger audience

* Ability to work independently under pressure and at a high quality standard

* Ability to effectively analyze numbers, present conclusions and recommendations, and combine attention to detail in a clear way

* Ability to influence finance and non-finance stakeholders

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and financial accounting and management reporting systems

* Basic understanding of business drivers and industry trends

* Experience working with different finance teams in a given geography and absorbing business knowledge to understand what is behind the numbers

* Technical development in finance skills

* Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)
