Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing secure RESTful APIs using modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, Express, or Laravel. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, implementing authentication and authorization systems, and designing database schemas.

About the Role:

The Backend Web Developer Intern will work on various projects, including password authentication systems, data processing logic, and integration with AI features. They will also be responsible for creating efficient data models and database queries, implementing server-side validation and security measures, and troubleshooting and optimizing backend performance.

Responsibilities:

  • API Development: Design, build and implement secure RESTful APIs using modern frameworks.
  • Server-Side Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, Express, or Laravel.
  • Authentication and Authorization: Implement authentication and authorization systems.
  • Database Management: Design and manage database schemas using MongoDB Atlas or other databases.
  • Data Modeling: Create efficient data models and database queries.
  • Blockchain Integration: Develop blockchain-based certificate verification system.
  • Security Measures: Implement server-side validation and security measures.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.

Qualifications:

  • Programming Skills: Basic proficiency in one or more backend frameworks (Django, Flask, Laravel) and programming skills in JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
  • Databases: Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL (Supabase), SQLite, or NoSQL databases.
  • API Design: Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Security Knowledge: Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms and awareness of security concerns and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
