**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and monitor liquidity and interest rate risk for a bank, raising concerns to management.
  • Develop and validate regulatory returns, monitoring ratios against internal and external limits and providing analytical insights to senior leadership.
  • Maintain and enhance the daily liquidity and asset liability management (ALM) dashboard, circulated to senior stakeholders.
  • Support IT projects related to risk management systems, improving existing solutions through testing or development of new ones.
  • Stay informed about market and regulatory developments pertaining to ALM and balance sheet management.
  • Collaborate extensively with treasury, risk, IT, finance, and business teams.
  • Monitor and optimize balance sheet hedging processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
  • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and policies, adapting to changes as necessary.
  • Drive commercial savings while maintaining compliance standards.

About the Role:

  • 5+ years of relevant banking experience.
