About the Role

This full-time remote position offers excellent growth opportunities and direct collaboration with clients and the team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a strategic support role, leveraging skills such as inbox management, calendar organization, and pipeline tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support:
    • Manage email inbox, prioritize messages, draft replies, and flag urgent matters.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, anticipate needs, and ensure senior leadership is prepared for all decisions.
  • Pipeline and CRM Management:
    • Own the firm's CRM and deal pipeline, extracting property information from Offering Memorandums (OMs), broker emails, and NDAs.
    • Track deal stages, generate pipeline reports, and oversee daily tasks to ensure workstreams remain on track.
  • Deal Analysis and Support:
    • Prepare offering memos (OMs) and investor-facing materials in PowerPoint using templates.
    • Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) and assist with NDA reviews.
    • Extract key data from OMs and broker materials, inputting it into pre-built Excel models.
  • Research and Communication:
    • Conduct market diligence calls, pulling data from CoStar to support underwriting.
    • Draft monthly investor update emails and reports.
    • Prepare concise research briefs and business memos to support investment decisions.
  • Operations and Process Development:
    • Document SOPs for recurring tasks, refine workflows, and identify gaps for greater efficiency.
    • Ensure digital files are organized, information logged consistently across systems.
