Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Executive to contribute to our Agricultural division's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market potential and driving sales expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Regularly visit markets and meet with traders to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with distributors and dealers, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and achieve regular sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and confirm payments from customers, maintaining accurate records and communicating with the finance team as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 100% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
