We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager - Global Digital Workplace for our organization. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

**Job Description:**

The IT Infrastructure Manager - Global Digital Workplace will be responsible for managing and implementing the overall engineering management of the TransUnion enterprise environment, including the Digital Workplace. This role will oversee the engineering services that include office network, Wi-Fi/mobility, audio visual/conferencing services, and printing/fax solutions for end-user devices at a global scale within Engineering.

This position will support and collaborate with the IT Services Architecture and Operational teams in all associate-facing initiatives within the Digital Workplace domain.

The successful candidate will have hands-on technical leadership and managerial oversight to shape the transformation of end-user compute.

The IT Infrastructure Manager - Global Digital Workplace will lead a technical engineering team focused on office network, audio visual, conferencing, printing, Wi-Fi, and mobility supporting the overall global associate-facing environment with over 20,000 endpoints.

This role requires leading the team to support and maintain devices that are in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.

The IT Infrastructure Manager - Global Digital Workplace will lead and deliver all engineering initiatives responsible for delivery across office WAN (Wide Area Networking), Wi-Fi, printing/fax, and audio-visual solutions.

This position will work closely with Architecture, Operations Team, and Service Desk to build an end-to-end team to build and define a 3-year strategy for TransUnion's Global Digital Workplace domain.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and enhancing office infrastructure in terms of robustness, scalability, availability, capability, and efficiency.

This role involves working with Vendor Engagement Engineering and Delivery, conducting regular reviews with partners as appropriate, and managing overall vendor management responsibility.

The IT Infrastructure Manager - Global Digital Workplace will build and support global solutions addressing business needs and priorities, managing the day-to-day engineering of the engineering functions with the Digital Workplace domain.

This position will manage teams responsible for delivering the services estate throughout the enterprise environment for Digital Workplace.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • 8-10 years of experience in EUC engineering domain.
  • 5+ years of management experience managing a dynamic staff consisting of both internal teams and outsourced teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex office environments.
  • Knowledge of both Windows and MAC OS, SDWAN, Wi-Fi, and audio-visual conferencing solutions.
  • Knowledge of M365 Platform and Microsoft W365 Remote Desktop.
  • 5+ years' experience in enabling endpoint solutions working closely with Architecture team on strategic direction in a global environment.

This is a hybrid position involving regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
