Video Editor Position Overview:

This role involves creating captivating motion graphics and editing videos that elevate the visual storytelling for diverse clients. The ideal candidate will have creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality videos engaging audiences across platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute visually compelling video content with the creative team.
  • Edit raw video footage into polished segments aligning with client objectives and branding.
  • Create and integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content.
  • Ensure seamless integration of sound design and music editing in final products.
  • Evaluate video content against company standards for quality, consistency, and creative direction.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion graphics trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage post-production processes, including organizing assets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Provide creative input during project development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to create engaging and informative videos.
  • Solid experience in motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, and visual effects.
  • A good eye for detail, pacing, and timing in video editing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of other software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
