Visionary Campus Planner

Campus Architect Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Campus Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our vision of being a world-class educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
• Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master's in Architecture preferred).
• Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local building codes, AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and green campus practices.
