Enterprise Data Warehouse Professional

Overview of the Position:

This role entails designing, developing, and implementing SAP Business Warehouse (BW) data warehousing solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW and extensive experience in delivering end-to-end implementations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing data flows, and configuring SAP BW to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing technical specifications for extraction, reporting, enhancements, and conversion.
  • Interacting with key stakeholders and support members in different areas of the organization.
  • Providing technical solutions to fulfill business requests using SAP's Business Warehouse.
  • Designing, developing, configuring, migrating, testing, and implementing SAP BW 7.x data warehousing solutions.
  • Developing process chains to load and monitor data loading.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP BI/BW.
  • At least three full life cycle SAP BW implementation and at least 2 with BI 7.x.
  • Well-versed with DB Connect, Flat File, and interface.
  • Good experience in resolving Data Load Issues.
  • SAP BW data modeling, design, and development.
  • Experience with BW administrator Workbench; BW Info Objects, ODS, Info Cubes, Info Packages, Info Sources, Design complex, customs BW solutions translating complex requirements in an optimal BW design.
  • Deep and broad exposure and understanding of SAP Business Warehouse concepts.
