Job Opportunity:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced full-stack developer to lead our web development projects.

This role requires expertise in PHP frameworks, WordPress development, and project management skills. As a team leader, you will oversee the execution of complex web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of developers and project managers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery, focusing on quality, timeliness, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to track deliverables, manage risks, and drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
