Merchandising Assistant

This is a dynamic role requiring creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, coordinating merchandise flow and business operations, and ensuring timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

Business Growth & Brand Development
  • Driving sales growth by developing merchandising strategies.
  • Tracking performance and providing actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Supporting marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.
Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Identifying and onboarding new designers that align with the company's vision.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Developing long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

You must have:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
