E-commerce Specialist Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce listings on various platforms. This includes building and maintaining e-commerce stores on Wix and Shopify, as well as executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing sales and traffic data to provide actionable insights, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, including addressing online customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms
  • Build and maintain e-commerce stores using Wix and Shopify
  • Execute marketing campaigns across Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to improve online sales performance
  • Collaborate with the operations team for seamless inventory management and timely order fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service via online channels

Required Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce management or related roles
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central functionalities
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing basics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience or internship in managing Amazon PPC and online ads
  • Exposure to keyword research tools such as Helium10 or Jungle Scout
  • Interest in e-commerce automation and marketing tools
