Merchandising Planner

We're seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Planner to join our team and play a key role in driving sales and profitability across our men's categories.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in retail planning, store planning, and/or allocation, with a strong analytical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing financial plans and monitoring performance metrics for sales, inventory, markdowns, and profit;
• Working closely with the buying team to manage open-to-buy, analyze seasonal merchandise assortments, and develop merchandising strategies;
• Initiating analysis and developing financial strategies for a retail business across multiple classifications and channels;
• Creating seasonal, monthly, and weekly plans and forecasts for sales, inventory, markdowns, and gross margin;
• Managing and updating monthly open-to-buy, and recommending buys based on thorough analysis of retail business;
• Aiding in allocation strategies to increase productivity and manage omni-inventory;
