Digital Communications Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Voice & Storytelling:
    • Develop a consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels.
    • Maintain communication guidelines for tone and style consistency.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Conceptualize and develop engaging campaigns reinforcing our positioning as the go-to destination for curated, modern Indian fashion.
    • Align campaigns with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
    • Execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Content Creation & Design:
    • Design and deliver all digital communication assets including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners.
    • Create engaging content and serve as the face of the brand for specific campaigns.
    • Oversee end-to-end execution of visual content ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained.
    • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is essential.
  • Digital Engagement & Community:
    • Manage day-to-day digital communication across platforms ensuring timely, engaging, and relevant messaging.
    • Support growth and engagement by producing creative content driving conversations, shares, and saves.
  • Innovation & Trendspotting:
    • Stay updated on digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats.
    • Introduce new ideas for storytelling and brand expression resonating with the evolving audience.
    • Use AI tools for content creation.
