Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance professional to spearhead large-scale IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up Data Centers, establishing robust Testing COE frameworks and methodologies, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Setup & Management
  • Develop and implement end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers to ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence)
  • Establish, govern, and drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems using automation strategies and frameworks.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)
  • Build, manage, and monitor an advanced ROC for proactive incident management and resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms is required.
  • IT Governance & Compliance
  • Define and oversee IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations and regulatory guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy and mentor technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Data Center design and operations.
  • Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
