Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Associate to join our high-growth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records, as well as preparing MIS reports and P&L statements.

This is a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, compliance, and strategic insights that power our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
