At the forefront of motion design, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in creating engaging animations and video assets, ideally within the real estate industry. This is a remote role that requires collaboration and effective communication with our creative and content teams.

Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality, brand-aligned motion content for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing, striking the perfect balance between creative flair and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develop dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Bring static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects.
  • Adapt and optimize animations for different platforms and formats.
  • Stay updated with motion design trends while maintaining the professionalism required in real estate.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for integration with animation workflows.
  • Ability to blend creativity with professionalism - animations must be eye-catching yet polished.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
