About this role

As a BIM Engineer, you will create construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software and work with 3D modelling experience using Revit Software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create project setups, parametric families, provide materials and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
  • Complete attachment, detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modelling: Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
