Job Title: Associate Director
">Job Description">- The Associate Director will provide comprehensive legal guidance and support across various functions within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience working with multinational organizations. Key responsibilities include:
- Offering expert legal advice to departments such as human resources, finance, IT, admin, and corporate services on contractual matters.
- Reviewing and negotiating complex vendor contracts spanning all lines of business.
- Providing legal support to the HR team on employee-related disciplinary and grievance matters, POSH complaints, ethics and corruption concerns, as well as disputes and litigations involving employees.
- Assisting in the assessment of the impact of evolving legal and statutory regulations relevant to the business function, ensuring timely highlighting of these changes, and contributing to the business planning process.
- Overseeing end-to-end compliance with the Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and maintaining vigilance over overall compliance.
- Managing statutory registers, filings with ROC/RD/other relevant authorities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance.
- Providing corporate secretarial support as needed.
