Finance Professional Sought for Strategic Role

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong financial management skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our properties, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. The individual will also prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

We are seeking a qualified finance professional to join our corporate team. The role will oversee end-to-end financial management with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all properties.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each property.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or multi-unit business is highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
