Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Senior Product Designer who can lead the design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the visual direction of our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

This role involves designing and delivering polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability. The successful candidate will also build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.

  • Develop and implement visual design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user requirements and company goals.
  • Stay current with design trends in sports media, UI/UX, and fan engagement to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Craft skills in Figma and relevant prototyping tools, along with strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
