As a UI/UX Designer at MetricStream, you will drive the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

  • Create end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.
