Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, specifically focused on Guided Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems to streamline procurement operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.

Key responsibilities include leading the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management), collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.

Additionally, the candidate will support end-to-end Sourcing projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support, ensuring smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will also conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training to ensure successful adoption of Guided Sourcing solutions.

Furthermore, the role requires staying updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing, sharing best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules is also a key responsibility, providing expert-level support to the team.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing, along with strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing, as well as a solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration, along with strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is highly desirable.
