As a Backend Development Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable microservices to support real-time hotel search and distribution.

  • You will work with low-latency design principles and high-throughput architectures to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, with a strong focus on building distributed systems using SQS, Kinesis, and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with data consistency models, circuit breakers, internal DSLs, and low-latency API design is essential.
  • A solid understanding of fault tolerance, backpressure, and scalability is required to ensure that our systems can handle high traffic volumes.
  • You will work closely with product and architect teams to deliver end-to-end modules from design to rollout.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or ScyllaDB.
  • Built distributed, event-driven systems using SQS, Kinesis; solid understanding of fault tolerance, backpressure, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with data consistency models, circuit breakers, internal DSLs, and low-latency API design.
  • Proficient with Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch; have tuned systems for high throughput and sub-50ms latencies.
