Asset Management Executive

Job Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial transactions, insurance claims, and contract execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in systems management, asset valuation, legal coordination, and verification.
About the Role
Conduct fair market valuations in coordination with surveyors and finance teams to ensure accurate asset pricing and maximize returns.
Execute contracts, including MRAs, repurchase agreements, and contract amendments to protect our assets and interests.
Manage the selling and procurement of assets through price listing, order creation, and MIS maintenance to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Handle commercial transactions like PR issuance, payment processing, and delivery tracking to facilitate smooth business operations.
Reconcile monthly stock statements and vendor payables to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Ensure timely insurance of assets and manage claims and proceeds to minimize losses and optimize recovery.
Maintain system discipline through asset data uploads, dashboard creation, and compliance monitoring to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Requirements
A graduate degree in any field; an MBA is preferred but not required.
A minimum of 4 years of work experience for graduates and 2 years for postgraduates is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems is essential.
Strong communication, time management, and process understanding skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
