About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Pega Dev Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of smooth and efficient onboarding processes for Know Your Customer related tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work in an agile squad with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers. You will be part of the Global KYC Tribe focusing on business delivery and the Pega Dev Chapter focusing on engineer craftsmanship.

Our team uses Agile-Scrum as our way of working, emphasizing iterative and incremental software development in small multidisciplinary teams. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end software and feature delivery of stable and fit-for-purpose Pega systems.

This includes feature analysis, development, configuration, testing, and support operations. Additionally, you will suggest and contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives and enthusiastically automate everything from deployment to functional, technical, and performance testing, system health checks, and anything else that is still done manually.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Participating in User Story refinement
  • Analyzing requirements and requesting modifications or enhancements when needed
  • Contributing to design solutions
  • Implementing high-quality applications
  • Building applications close to Pega out-of-the-box features
  • Creating or modifying Unit Tests as necessary during new functionality implementation
  • Participating in manual testing activities when required
  • Proactively monitoring application quality
  • Ensuring logs do not display unwanted messages and errors
  • Participating in Peer Review
  • Fixing incidents and problems as needed
