Job Description

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire lifecycle of a Power Apps tool, encompassing vendor and budget oversight.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to drive effective change management across business units to achieve standardization.

This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to align skills inventory data with workforce planning strategies. Additionally, leading continuous improvement initiatives based on tool insights and evolving business goals is essential.

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Power Apps tool including vendor and budget oversight.
  • Drive tool adoption and standardization across business units through effective change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align skills inventory data with workforce planning strategies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on tool insights and evolving business goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle vendor selection, SOW creation, and sprint/project timelines.
  • Partner with business units and HR/L&D teams to optimize talent planning.
  • Communicate process updates and tool adoption metrics to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient skills inventory processes across units.
