We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our organization in data analysis and management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with technical staff to fill in data gaps, contributing to the process of collecting, capturing, and utilizing historic data, and performing other duties as required by senior leadership.

  • Assist in delivering high standards of service quality, achieving successful outcomes for clients, capturing data and sharing knowledge across projects.
  • Enhance our culture of innovation and reinforce our reputation as a preferred service provider.
Responsibilities:
  • Support data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation.
  • Upkeep construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Collaborate with technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Understanding of IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint, is preferred.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills are beneficial.
