**High Voltage Inverter Design Specialist Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Inverter Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high voltage inverter mechanical components.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) and experience with Unigraphics NX.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high voltage inverter mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems
  • Develop knowledge of HV Inverter Mechanical Design and development
  • Understand high voltage inverter components like power modules, DC link capacitors, EMC filters, and shielding's
  • Knowledge on clearances and creepage distances
  • Basic simulations on structural, thermal, etc.
  • Advanced/expert in Unigraphics NX (modelling, drafting, plastic & casting design, generative sheet metal, generative shape design, DMU)
  • Drafting knowledge and best practices according to international standards
  • Geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing knowledge
  • Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high voltage inverter design
  • Expertise in Unigraphics NX
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
