Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure timely closure of books of accounts, compile financial statements, and finalize statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  2. MIS and Collections Reporting: Publish and share monthly MIS and collections reports with the leadership team, ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Financial Compliance: Adhere to accounting SOPs, ensure accurate tax filing, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
  4. Audit and Risk Management: Assist in statutory, internal, and cost audits by providing necessary documents and records, and investigate and resolve audit findings and discrepancies.
  5. Financial Systems and Processes: Review and maintain all accounting and statutory files, contribute to the development of new accounting systems and procedures, and monitor bank activities and receivable ageing data.

Ideal Candidate: We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in accounting and financial operations. A CA with 4-6 years of experience from Big4's, commercial real estate firms, or corporates is preferred. Strong knowledge of MIS, financial statement closure, Ind AS, and taxation is essential.
