**Job Title:** Oracle Cloud Database SpecialistAre you a skilled database administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle EBS?We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Database Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for migrating on-premises databases to the cloud, managing and administering Oracle EBS in a cloud environment, and ensuring the security and integrity of our database systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Migrate on-premises Oracle EBS 122 and Oracle Database 19c Solaris to OCI using your expertise in migration tools and techniques.
  • Manage and administer Oracle EBS in a cloud environment, utilizing your knowledge of OCI services such as Compute, Block Storage, Object Storage, Networking, and Oracle Cloud Autonomous Services.
  • Develop and implement best practices for database security, auditing, and monitoring to ensure the integrity of our database systems.
  • Work collaboratively with our development team to automate database tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or OCI-specific automation capabilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 architecture and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance and configuration of E-business R12 environments.
  • Troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning of E-Business Application Servers and services.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to Apache oacore, oc4j Forms services, and apps login through SSO.
  • Expertise in application cloning using Rapid Clone Utility, manual cloning, and troubleshooting post-clone issues.
  • Cloning Oracle E-business Suite Application from Prod to Non-Prod, Multi Node to Multi Node, Multi Node to single node, and adding additional Application nodes.
  • Configure and manage Parallel Concurrent Processing.
  • Configure PGP Encryption, SSH Keys exchange for File transfers and Bank interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting EBS Multi-node architecture for High availability.
  • Configuration of Workflow Mailers and Troubleshooting workflow notification mailer issues.
  • Hands-on experience in WebLogic Installation and configuration Administration and Performance tuning.
  • Configuration and monitoring EBS Application through OEM.
  • Enabling SSL or TLS in Oracle E-business Suite Release 12 and import the security certificates.
  • Performing Oracle Application Prepatch analysis using Patch Wizard in Oracle Applications Manager, Preconfig Analysis for Quarterly PSU, and other required patches.
  • Applying Oracle E-business Suite Application patches, PSU, One-off Mini Pack, Family Pack using adpatch options.
  • Proficient in Administration and management of Oracle E-business suite using AD and FND utilities.
  • Monitoring the Concurrent Managers and its operations, like starting to stop the concurrent managers, reschedule the requests, purging the concurrent requests historical data.
  • Tuning of concurrent managers and monitoring of the concurrent manager operations.
  • Involve in automation of jobs through Shell scripts and schedule them using Crontab and Autosys to run at regular intervals.
