Cloud Transformation Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, architecture, and engineering.

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Lead to drive secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP for enterprise clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Design hybrid cloud platforms integrating on-prem & public cloud.
  • Architect containerized microservices, APIs, and Kubernetes platforms.
  • Ensure strong cloud security, IAM, zero-trust & network governance.
  • Drive automation & Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Bicep).
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and SRE practices for reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hybrid cloud & SaaS architecture design.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (VPC, VPN, SD-WAN) & security best practices.
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, GitOps.
  • Expertise in automation tools & scripting (Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell).
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS / Azure / GCP Architect Certifications
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • TOGAF / CCSP / FinOps Practitioner

This role is ideal for those with 15+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a passion for cloud transformation and architecture.
