About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated educator to create high-quality educational content, lead a small team, and provide strategic direction for our language learning app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging Swedish language learning content tailored to the needs of learners in the US market.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
