We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our transportation team. This pivotal role requires an individual who can drive results, exceed expectations, and foster a customer-centric culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Market Mapping & Store Acquisition: Identify potential retail stores for timely induction and onboarding in the assigned territory.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account plans that deliver key business opportunities for stores and enhance Amazon's presence.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to targeted stores to monitor progress and provide guidance.
  • Training & Coaching: Deliver training sessions on Amazon processes, products, operating models, and SOPs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with operations and other teams to enable new product launches and optimize store performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and publish routine reporting on store performance and business metrics, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, focusing on on-the-job coaching and mentoring to drive performance improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with acquired/assigned stores, fostering mutual growth and understanding.
  • Operational Optimization: Work with stores/channel partners to enhance operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
  • Engagement & Retention: Foster engagement with accounts to drive business growth and increase retention rates.
  • Goal-Driven Performance: Drive stores against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, FTR, and other critical metrics.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide 24/7 support to handle day-to-day operational escalations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
