Smartsheet Administrator

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of Smartsheet and its capabilities. They will be responsible for building dashboards, forms, and advanced reporting solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Smartsheet and Jira integrations to support business intelligence, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create Smartsheet dashboards and forms that provide clear business insights and streamline data collection.
  • Integration and Configuration: Configure and manage Smartsheet–Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  • Platform Administration: Administer and manage the Smartsheet platform, including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • Collaboration and Support: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions, implement automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet, and provide training and support to users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Smartsheet: Strong experience in designing and developing Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with Smartsheet–Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  • Advanced Reporting: Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  • Experience as a Smartsheet Administrator: 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
  • Knowledge of Automation and Governance: Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification: Smartsheet Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Additional Integrations: Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  • Scripting and API-Based Automation: Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
