• Assist in handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations to meet delivery timelines.
• Support the coordination of sales orders with production schedules to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of sales and production planning schedules to meet business objectives.
• Prepare and update basic sales reports and order tracking sheets to inform management decisions.
• Assist in order processing, dispatch planning, and after-sales follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction.

• Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
