  • Evaluate multiple AI/ML techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning) to determine the most effective approach.
  • Create scalable, production-ready solutions that integrate with business processes.

Required Skills:• Proficient in Python, R, or SQL for data wrangling and model development.• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).• Familiar with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).• Hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.12+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment.Prior experience in pharma/life sciences is highly preferred but not mandatory.Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a consulting or strategic analytics capacity.
