Job Role: Creative Director

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visualizer to drive design excellence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative process from concept development to final execution in digital, print, and brand touchpoints.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Design impactful visuals for campaigns, social media platforms, websites, packaging materials, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and high design quality across all outputs.
  • Provide guidance and mentor junior designers to maintain creative standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a design or creative role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, problem-solving skills, and versatility across mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
