Business Financial Analyst Job Description
About UsWe are looking for a skilled Business Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Business Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us make informed business decisions by analyzing financial data and providing insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting cost analysis, and identifying areas of improvement.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and managing budgets. If you have a passion for finance and want to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare product-wise profitability analysis and gross margin reports.
- Develop monthly cost sheets, standard costing, and inventory valuations.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and compare actual costs with standard costs.
- Collect and analyze historical cost data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making.
- Prepare cost audit reports as per the Cost Audit Report Rule.
- Maintain cost records and ensure adherence to Cost Accounting Standards.
- CMA / ICWA qualified (or equivalent).
- 5-10 years of experience in costing, accounting, audit, and financial reporting.
